A. Christi Disparte
Christi is an associate attorney with Piskel Yahne Kovarik, PLLC with experience in complex civil litigation with a focus on employment law, personal injury, real property disputes and commercial and business litigation.
Originally from California, Christi earned her Bachelor of Science in Idaho, and graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law. During law school, Christi was a member of the Idaho Law Review and completed an externship with the Honorable N. Randy Smith of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Following graduation, Christi clerked for the Honorable Joel E. Tingey, Administrative District Judge for the Seventh Judicial District of Idaho.
Christi published an article on addressing pay concerns of the Idaho Department of Corrections, and possible violations of Idaho State and Federal Fair Labor Standards Act violations.
