Born and raised in Cuba, Anly immigrated to Miami, Florida at the age of 12. She earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Criminology and a master’s degree in Spanish Literature from Florida State University.

Before attending law school, Anly spent more than five years working as a personal injury paralegal in Florida, where she developed a strong foundation in litigation. She gained experience at the largest personal injury law firm in the United States and later at the largest minority- and women-owned litigation firm in the country.

Anly earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2025. She was recognized as a finalist for the McNichols Best Brief Award and was an active member of the Latino/a Law Caucus. As part of the University of Idaho Immigration Law Clinic, she represented asylum seekers fleeing cartel violence, migrant farmworkers pursuing visas as victims of labor exploitation and unaccompanied minors seeking protection in the United States. She also served as a summer associate with a local law firm, where she gained hands-on experience assisting with complex real estate, land use, construction, and employment matters.

Anly is bilingual in English and Spanish, and she draws on her experiences as a first-generation immigrant to connect meaningfully with clients from diverse communities. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling and immersing herself in new cultures. She has lived abroad in Thailand and England, experiences that continue to shape her global perspective.
